1. Return Period
- Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Original proof of purchase required
2. Eligible Items
2.1 Returnable Items
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect items received
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Downloaded digital products
- Items marked as final sale
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team
- Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Package the item securely with all original materials
- Include the RAN on the return package
- Ship to the provided return address
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item was defective
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless item was defective
5. Damaged Items
- Document any damage with photos
- Contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery
- We will arrange replacement or refund
