1. Return Period

  • Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Original proof of purchase required

2. Eligible Items

2.1 Returnable Items

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect items received

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Downloaded digital products
  • Items marked as final sale

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team
  2. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Package the item securely with all original materials
  4. Include the RAN on the return package
  5. Ship to the provided return address

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item was defective
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless item was defective

5. Damaged Items

  • Document any damage with photos
  • Contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange replacement or refund
